Help a child at no cost to you!

Designate how your tax dollars are spent.

The Arizona Foster Care Charitable Tax Credit helps low-income children.

One way to make a difference in the lives of children is through the Arizona Foster Care Charitable Tax Credit. A donation of up to $1,000 to Christian Family Care will qualify you for a State income tax credit. This is not a deduction but rather a tax credit.

  • The tax credit is open to anyone who files  Arizona taxes.
  • Arizona allows its citizens to designate how their tax dollars are spent. There are several tax credits and taxpayers may utilize all of them – Foster Care, Private School, and Public School.

For more specific information on the Arizona Foster Care Charitable Tax Credit, ARS 43-1088, consult your tax advisor or the Arizona Department of Revenue at 602 255-3381.

Please note: This is not professional tax or legal advice. Consult a tax advisor about your specific situation. For more information on the tax credit, visit the Arizona Department of Revenue website or call at 1-800-352-4090.
