Meet Olivia

Olivia is a sweet and joyful young girl with a radiant smile and an inspiringly resilient spirit. She finds comfort in calming sensory experiences—soothing classical or jazz music, the gentle sound of a rattle, or the softness of a cozy blanket and a favorite stuffed animal. She especially delights in being sung to and having someone hold her hand—simple, loving gestures that bring her great joy. Olivia also enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the sunshine, and feeling safe in the presence of familiar, caring people.

Although Olivia is nonverbal, she has a beautiful and unique way of expressing herself. She responds to familiar voices by turning her head and tuning in, often forming deep, heartfelt connections with those around her. Her happiness shines through in bright smiles, cheerful squeals, clapping, and soft laughter—each a powerful expression of her personality and joy.

Olivia would thrive in a loving, patient, and attentive family—particularly one experienced in caring for children with medical and developmental needs. She does best in a calm, quiet home that offers consistent routines, gentle interactions, and a peaceful environment. A one- or two-parent household would be a wonderful fit, and she would do well with or without siblings or pets, as long as she receives the support and nurturing she needs.
