Smart & Final Customers Help Prevent Child Abuse with a Donation at Checkout
Christian Family Care is a proud member of the Child Abuse Stops Here Network and recipient of a $14,000 donation to help vulnerable children in our community. Smart & Final teamed up with Christian Family Care through our friends at Olive Crest, and the Child Abuse Stops Here Network to raise money for organizations that help to prevent child abuse in communities where the stores are located.
During the in-store campaign, customers at every Smart & Final location were encouraged to donate, with all of the proceeds raised in Arizona stores going directly to Christian Family Care. Customers who gave at least $5 received a $5 off coupon for a future purchase.
Additionally, Smart & Final collaborated with Olive Crest, and the Child Abuse Stops Here Network to provide several families with a free year of groceries. Lonnie is a foster parent at Christian Family Care and was selected to receive free groceries to feed his family for the year! We can’t thank Smart & Final, and the Child Abuse Stops Here Network for their passion in the ongoing fight against child abuse.
