Meet Kasumy

Kasumy is an open-minded teen who embraces new experiences with enthusiasm. Her creative spirit shines while beading, painting, and crafting. Kasumy shared that her perfect weekend would include eating at Peter Piper Pizza and going to the zoo with friends. She cherishes the “normal” routines of everyday life, finding joy in tasks like grocery shopping and house hunting as she envisions her future. Kasumy says her favorite subject is Art and would be thrilled if her forever family knew Spanish.

The ideal family for Kasumy would possess experience in behavior and trauma-based parenting, recognizing the importance of providing a supportive environment. Kasumy has a close bond with her sister and brothers, so the ideal family would support her sibling relationships. Since Kasumy thrives in a peaceful environment, the team is looking for a family with no other children or a family with older children. Supportive authority figures who prioritize connection and understanding are key to Kasumy’s success and well-being.
